Why did you become a Cash Flow Portal customer?

Nick (Director of Acquisitions): "We switched from our prior software to provide investors a more user friendly interface."

Mike (Managing Partner): "We were unsatisfied with our current provider that we had been with for several years. Overall their service and functionality was good but we believed Cash Flow Portal would provide a better experience for our investors and allow us to become more efficient. What problems does Cash Flow Portal solve for you, and how does that benefit you?

Nick: "Provides a user friendly interface for investors during subscription process, and for accessing information regarding their investment down the road. Also we use it to maintain our database of contacts, linked to mailchimp through Zapier. Additionally, we use it to communicate with investors through emails."

Mike: "Cash flow provides a great interface for our investors. They solved a major problem we were having with another provider, which was the ease of investors subscribing into a new investment. Our previous provider made it very tough for investors to subscribe and invest in new offerings as they had a multi-layered process that involved multiple email. With Cash Flow Portal, the process is extremely efficient and seamless for the investor which has allowed us to alleviate losing investors over the process of subscribing. Cash distributions are also much more efficient and effective with Cash Flow Portal allowing our team to focus efforts on other projects as we can count on Cash Flow Portal."

What are Cash Flow Portal’s biggest strengths?

Nick: "User friendly and aesthetically pleasing."

Mike: "Very easy to use system for sponsors. Seamless process for investors subscribing into new projects. CFP team is extremely quick to implement fixes or suggestions! We absolutely love this."

What advice do you have for the next prospective customer in choosing between CFP and other providers?

Nick: "Choose Cash Flow Portal for syndication. Their customer service is excellent and their software is user friendly and effective."

Mike: "Talk to current users. I can guarantee many of them have switched from larger companies such as Juniper Square and Syndication Pro and are seeing much better results. Perry and his team are top notch and will not let you down. We have been extremely impressed. Choosing a portal is very important so make sure to do you due diligence."

How did you find our migration services?

Nick: "The Cash Flow Portal team handled everything. There were a few items we had to work through, such as referrals and contvacts with multiple phone numbers. Cash Flow Portal added multiple capabilities to their software per our request, and we are satisfied with the migration process."

Mike: "Mike: The process was very seamless. CFP took care of nearly all the backend work and we were really impressed."
